Tribe of Trainers: be part of an active network of trainers in Europe!

The Tribe of Trainers project idea is something that we wanted to implement in the organisation for a long time. The main idea came from the members of our organisation, who took part in several Erasmus+ projects. After participating in so many projects, they noticed that the quality can hugely differ in each project. There are a lot of factors that play a role in it, but a key element in each project is the leader, who most of the time was the facilitator or the trainer.

Since the quality depends so much on the trainer, that person needs to have countless qualities and skills that make him/her a good leader. These qualities and skills can be learned, and learning is the most effective when it’s immediately put into practice. The project will be just about that: youth workers sharing their best practices, struggles, achievements, challenges. The participants of this project will learn from each other directly during the activities, by using what they have learned right at the moment of learning. The gathered group of youth workers will be those with whom each individual participant can try their new ideas, or their already used methods, to show others how it works and maybe try to refine it together.
