The project also emphasizes networking and community building, creating a supportive environment where participants can share experiences and learn from one another. By introducing popular professions and providing LinkedIn optimization workshops, the program aims to boost participants’ career readiness and confidence. Beyond individual development, the project aspires to reduce youth unemployment, foster inclusivity, and promote long-term societal cohesion by equipping young people with tools to thrive professionally and inspire others in their communities.
