Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar): Learn the classic flow to energize your body and mind.

Asana Practice: Master the physical postures to improve flexibility and strength.

Pranayama: Discover powerful breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve focus.

Deep Relaxation: End each session with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed.
