A coruna, Spain
The “Nexos for Future” (NEFF) partnership building activity took place between 8–14 January 2026 in Cabana de Bergantiños, A Coruña, Galicia (Spain). The project brought together youth workers, project coordinators, and representatives of organisations who wanted to strengthen their capacity to cooperate in international Erasmus+ projects.
The activity created a space for networking, idea exchange, and cooperation development among organisations from different European countries. Participants explored how to build stronger partnerships and how to design innovative and future-oriented projects within the Erasmus+ framework.
During the programme, participants worked on developing new project ideas while exchanging experiences and practices from their organisations. Through discussions, workshops, and collaborative sessions, they explored funding opportunities and different cooperation formats available in the Erasmus+ programme. The activity encouraged participants to reflect on how international cooperation can strengthen youth work and increase the impact of their organisations.
Throughout the activity, participants also focused on improving their skills related to project development and management. They explored how to design high-quality project proposals, coordinate international initiatives, and cooperate effectively with partners from different countries. The programme also addressed topics such as communication, visibility, and reporting in international projects.
The training environment encouraged collaboration and the exchange of best practices in youth work and non-formal education. Participants had the opportunity to share their experiences, learn from other organisations, and discuss new approaches related to innovation, inclusion, and cooperation in the youth field.
As a result of the activity, participants strengthened their ability to take an active role in international cooperation projects and gained greater confidence in designing and coordinating Erasmus+ initiatives. The project also contributed to building new partnerships and developing ideas for future international youth projects that participants could implement within their organisations.
